Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns If a SEAL mat isn't right for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returns require a return authorization — email us at seal@warmseal.net with your order number before shipping anything back. Returns sent without authorization can't be processed.

Unused mats, original packaging — Full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Opened but unused — Refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Why customers pay return shipping: Our mats are large, heavy items, and freight on an oversized roll is expensive. Rather than build that cost into every price, we keep prices lower for everyone and ask customers to cover return shipping when a mat simply isn't the right fit.

If something's wrong, it's on us. Damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping you paid. In most cases we won't ask you to ship the mat back at all.

What we can't take back Mats that have been cut, trimmed, installed, or used can't be returned, since they can't be resold. These are still covered by your limited warranty against manufacturing defects — the warranty and the return window are separate things.

Custom and made-to-order items Custom-size and made-to-order mats — heated snow melting mats and garage floor mats alike — are built for your specific space and can't be resold, so they are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. They remain covered against manufacturing defects and shipping damage. If anything is wrong with a custom order, email us at seal@warmseal.net with your order number and photos, and we'll work it out with you directly.

Refund timing Once your return is received and inspected — or once we approve a photo-based claim — refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
